Ordered a dress. Received dress and it was a different material than described on website. They had no phone # to call. Tried emailing directly, no response. Filed case with Paypal for refund. After arguing back & forth with seller through paypal, they finally said they would pay full refund if I return item. Was willing to return item at their cost. They did not provide shipping label or take responsibility for return costs. Their return policy on website states that they will be responsible for material difference between the product photographed and the product you get.

They sent an address to return the item and it was in chinese. Did not interpret it. It would cost more to ship to china than item costs. So they get to keep my money because I cannot return their item that would cost more to ship than the refund...
