I placed an order online via Facebook. I received the 2 items and they were not as portrayed on the website. Poor quality, cheap and mis-sized. They portray themselves to be an American company with easy reand great customer service department. All lies and false advertising. I attempted to email them to return the items and that's when I realized they were overseas. The address that my products came from was Jamaica Queens, NY. They offered 15% of my refund then I contacted them via Facebook and they offered 20% of my refund. NOT ACCEPTABLE! I have filed a claim dispute with PayPal as well. I also reported the company to Facebook. On the Mywestern&outfit Facebook page , they delete all negative reviews and comments about their clothes/products. It is completely false advertising. I do not want others to be out money and left with horrible products. They are not an American company and they do not have a "great customer service department ". To return items overseas will cost too much money , but customers do not realize that when placing orders. The website has no phone number so I had to enter my cell number for you so I could report the scam. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with this so called online store. They need to be shut down immediately!
