I ordered from them September 4. It’s an expandable fence covered in ivy. I’ve sent at least 15 emails- the only correspondence is this email. Molly Li is the only on who responded- but they are all copy and paste emails. She doesn’t read mine. I was provided a tracking number - then they did admit it was the wrong tracking number, so I can’t track. It’s not in English. They keep telling me that my package is normally on its way. My emails have not been responded to like I requested. I asked for a phone number, a supervisor, a specific form of contact. None is provided just another copy and paste reply. I need help!!! They have my card info- I’m very upset and really need help. I found other people have been scammed out of their money also.
