The caller told me that our business was in going to have our electricity shut off due to non-payment, which I knew was inaccurate. He said I needed to call their customer service number 1-800-716-2674 to have the issue taken care of. This number did not match the number on our electric bill so I called them directly and was told that our account was not in danger of being shut off.
