Lance and (Sarah, property manager) Took our money after being told we were approved from 2 months ago to turning in paperwork, bank statements. To them calling back 2 months later saying we were denied because they goes off of a point system. Contacted someone over top of them and they seem to be aware of this scamming behavior that their employees are doing!!!
