I was contacted by Patricia Bay, HR Specialist, ([email protected]) (973-536-1848 (direct), who stated she had seen my resume and wondered if I would be interested in a Shipping Inspector job. The pay was $560 week plus possible bonus. I was already working part-time, but this work could be done from home. I have attached a copy of the employment agreement which includes duties, salary, etc. I received my first package on 6/26/17 and basically inspected the packages. West Star sent me a dashboard, so I would know when packages were expected. I was to inspect the boxes, take pictures of the boxes, contents and then a picture of the shipping label when it was mailed back out. I was told I would receive payment on 7/26/17 which I never received. About 3 weeks after I started, I stopped receiving packages. I called Mark Carrera, Supervisor - 973-536-1885 - [email protected] and he never returned my call. I also contacted Oscar Merino - 973-536-1891 [email protected] and David Bakowksi - 973-536-1893 [email protected], and no one returned my phone calls or emails. I realized these are probably not their real names but wanted to make you aware of the scam. Basically they received lots of free labor! Please investigate this scam so other people will not be targeted. Thanks!
