This scam concerned a bogus job offer. The benefits of the job are "too good to be true". Having done extensive research, on this website, their company site, Facebook and Linkedin, I did not see anything negative about it. As the conversation continued, they stated that they would send a check to cover what I needed for a "mini office". They were adamant that this check be deposited either through the ATM, or via my bank's mobile app. When I stated that I would only do that after I establised a SEPARATE checking acct, and that I would only begin getting office supplies when the bank received the funds to cover the check,

the discussion abruptly ended. This was a failed attempt to obtain my bank account information.
