The Private lender approves all real estate loans but then requires you to pay fees before disbursement. When we offered to pay through escrow.com so that we both were protected. He kept saying how we had recourse to stop the transfer after 48 hours and get our money back.

He kept trying to reassure us that we can get our money back. Each item on his website does not lead anywhere or to an industry
