Product arrived and was obviously not as described- upon purchase it was advertised that it was 30 day return policy. When product arrived I immediately recognized that this was not a good product and wanted to return. There was no instructions on how to return. I had to email the general email to ask for information. It took more than 2 days for a reply (from a gmail account). Because I realized that the return policy says the product must arrive in their return dept. within 30 of PURCHASE, I was motivated to return. Without a clear address and after no reply in 36 hours, I returned to the return label original package.

The package was returned to me the following week “return to sender”

The Gmail account from west hikers replied with instructions that I had to return to an address to China at my own cost.

I brought the returned package to fed ex and they said the address to China was missing information and they were unable to process. They also said the return to would be about 200$

I emailed the west hikers again, and they provided the missing postal code.

Obviously, I would not pay 200$ to return a product that I purchased for less than 100$.

The return policy is not transparent and is in practice NOT possible to return to China within 30 days of purchase.

Product is not as advertised

It is impossible to actually return
