stating that they are calling to settle a matter before it goes to court of 400 dollars, and that i will be going to court to settle for 1,000 dollars plus court fees. stating that got my information from west gate and that they are personal loan, when i asked if they were affiliated with amscot they immediately played it off like it was from them. I called amscot and they said that they settle their own debts and do not pursue courts, also stated they were not affiliated with west gate at all.
