I ordered an item via AMAZON.com from Wesspur totaling 324.99. After receiving item I soon realized it was the wrong thing so i sent it back to the company costing me $64.85. The company did receive the item but never issued a refund. I contacted Amazon and was assured SEVERAL times I would receive the refund within 7-10 business days. I have contacted both companies several times with no resolution. These companies purposefully ran out the time clock for my own financial institution to help me with this matter by assuring me the refund would be issued. I have called dozens of times with no resolution, no product, no money refunded. Please help me, i am disabled and am at a massive loss.
