On/about 3/23/16, I ordered online "same day rushed" flowers from www.wesleyberryflowers.com. The today ended on 3/23/16, no flowers delievered. I called their customer service number and I spoke to a very limited English rep that didn't understand what I was saying. I asked a questioned and all he did was repeat himself saying "ok, you will get email, ok. Wait for email." After he couldn't answer a simply question like "why weren't my flowers delievered?", he repeated the same answer. He was robotic in his speech. So I thought maybe I'll call again and see if tomorrow I'll get an English speaking rep. I called the next day on 3/24/16, I waited until 5pm hoping the flowers would be delievered. No!, no flowers delievered!. I called and spoke to yet another rep., who also didn't answer my questions and repeated the same answer every time I asked about flowers not delievered. She said "you will get email." I told her that the first rep said the same and no email received!. She was so rude. She was chewing gum and doing weird noises with her mouth. Big time attitude. I told her " I'm the customer who didn't get my flowers delievered. I should be mad.". I asked for supervisor or manager and she said there's "no manager available." Again, she said "you get email soon." I was upset at that point. So, I decided to talk to CEO or file a complaint a complaint. The website I filed a complaint against said business, the CEO of Wesley Berry Flowers contacted me by email. He read my complaint and appeared to be apologetic. This is in part the CEO said "I would like to offer you are special credit that you can use online at Promo Codes. Just apply the credit on this page. The following codes are two $50 credits: 48390 and 15305. Credits cannot be used or combined with any other offer. A FDE® rebate/store credit may only be used for purchases online at Flowerdeliveryexpress.com, but may not be used over the phone." So, I went ahead and attempted to use the first code that he gave me on another website he provided above (on the website he provided) and tried only one code, per his instructions, and the code didn't work. I tried the other promo code he provided and again, both promo codes didn't work. I did exactly what he instructed, but didn't work. I emailed the CEO and told him, but no answer. I even called their customer service for help. Why did I think I would get someone to help me?, I told myself, but I called. I spoke to someone there that spoke English and she asked for my codes I got and she said she couldn't help me because it can only be done online. So, at this point I was beyond disappointed. I'm at a $60 (or more because my credit card charges interest fees). $58.89 plus bank fees and NO DELIEVERED FLOWERS. NO REFUND. I aske the CEO for a refund. No refund!. On 03/24/16, I emailed the CEO again and told him what happened again. No answer! I'm out $58.89 plus, and they won't refund me for flowers never delievered! They are a scam! The CEO should be ashamed of his "family business". Plus, they have hidden fees. A $19.99 dozen of roses at check out comes to $58.89. And no refunds even though they state "100% Money Guaranteed". It's straight out a scam business. I'm sure I'm not the first person scammed with this company! People! DONT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS WHO ARE SCAMMERS AND HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT DONT SPEAK ENGLISH. BE ALERT!!!
