I purchased a small console table at Uisemuck.com, for $68.98 through my PayPal account on 03/28/2021. My American Express (AMEX) is linked to my PayPal account and was charged for this purchase. Shortly after my purchase, I received confirmation from both PayPal and AMEX that I’d made a purchase in the amount of $68.98 to the “seller”. It looked strange that the entity that received the payment was wenqi zhang and not Uisemuck.com, the website that processed my purchase. I thought all would be explained after the "seller" sent me an invoice or a statement, but after waiting a day or two I still had not receive a receipt, statement, or invoice or any information directly from the “seller”. This seemed highly irregular and suspicious, so I researched Uisemuck.com and found that there was an abundance of information online that said that this company is a scam and a bogus business. I immediately went back to the Uisemuck.com website to cancel my order and found that there was no way for me to access the transaction to cancel it since the “seller” had not provided me with any information or documentation to be able to cancel this order. I felt my only recourse to terminating the transaction was to file a dispute through PayPal and AMEX which I created on or about 03/31/2021. I thought all was well until 04/23/2021 when i received an email from AMEX dated 04/21/2021 stating that my account had been rebilled.

Afterwards, I chatted online with an AMEX representative, who was able to help me by reopening the dispute for the amount of $68.98 which the “seller” is falsely claiming, is owed. It suggested that I supply documentation to support my dispute. I was perplexed when I saw that the "seller" had submitted a USPS Tracking label and a the “confirmation” that I’d received a package from this “seller”. After careful examination, I noticed that the USPS Tracking notice supplied by the “seller” does not even show my full address - it only shows a zip code. It also states that an item was Delivered, In/At Mailbox at 4:35pm on April 3, 2021. I do not have a mailbox located at my residence. My mailbox is a small parcel locker located at a community cluster box. The cluster box is located on the side of a street in my neighborhood and is about 2-3 blocks away from my home. It is also a small rectangular compartment that is approximately 8 inches in length and maybe 4 inches in width and about 24 inches in depth.

There is no possible way that the console table I ordered would fit in that small receptacle. Also, with large packages, USPS typically leaves a written notice on my door showing a Tracking Number and informing me that I have a large parcel waiting to be picked up at my designated post office. They would never leave a package for a resident at the community mailbox location on the side of the street where it can be picked up by anyone driving on the street or walking along the sidewalk. I also subscribe to Informed Delivery which is a service provided by USPS and it involves sending me daily email notifications of mail pieces and packages that are scheduled to arrive. I have the USPS notifications I received throughout March and April, including the day of the supposed delivery date claimed by the “seller” and these reflect that on the days prior and after to the supposed delivery day, as well as on the supposed delivery date itself, there is no reference or indication of a package arriving to my residence from this “seller”.
