I found out about this Business through an online search for breeders of Siberian kittens. Pictures of available kittens are listed with pricing as well as same day shipping information and testimonials regarding previous buyers who have had "great experience" with the seller of these kittens! I filled out a brief form and chose a kitten I was interested in and I received a response within a few hours, if I remember correctly. I was asked some questions about MY legitimacy as a kitten owner, and then I was "approved" as a qualified owner. I was given the following information, to quote: "Once i received your complete shipping information, i will send you my bank details for you to make the payment so that i will be able to complete the transfer ownership , adoption papers and other documents to your name and also pay for the shipping fee of your Kitten at the courier service. This process can take me about 2-3 hours after which the courier service will contact you with the full flight tracking number so that you will know the departure time from here and schedule time of arrival at your location airport as well as home delivery time because you will need to be at home to sign the papers and collect the kitten". I had questions about the Vet services and the Courier services, so I phoned Wendy's, but got a voice mail. I emailed back asking if I could speak with them- and was told yes of course-called back and had a very pleasant, and patient conversation where all my questions were answered. I decided to purchase the kitten, based on the conversation I had with the Seller, and the testimonials posted on the website. I was told the cost was $500- shipping was $100 because the first 2 kittens being shipped were 1/2 off the cost. I would pay that day, and delivery would be same day- or the next day depending on when we completed the transaction. Long story short...the transaction was completed mid afternoon Saturday. As a result of a couple of glitches in getting payment to the Seller, who had now given me his email address to link payment to, as well as his wife's name and banking information to send a wire transfer to, and also suggested an option for sending a Money Gram or Western Union- I ended up using Paypal. (He initially asked me to use Zelle-I had to download this app but could not link his email address to Zelle). I called him Chris as this was the name on his email address...Chris asked me to choose 'friends/family when making the payment through Paypal and said that if I chose the Business option the payment would take up to 6 days to clear'. I made the payment and Chris told me that, because it was later in the afternoon so he would arrange for transport early in the morning so that I would have the kitten delivered to me at home by evening on Sunday. He emailed that he would send me the invoice and tracking information. That is the last I have heard from him. I have not received the kitten. He has not responded to subsequent emails or phone calls. This is not a legitimate Business and I hope no one else falls for his scam.
