My credit card company contacted me about possible fraud activity on my account. I called my card company back to ensure the call itself wasn't a phishing attempt. There was a charge from for $19.95 with the description being 877-888-0932 Wellt.... I googled the phone number. I've never been to this website, which looks very amateur to begin with. I'd never order anything from this website. It looks suspicious. I doubt this is a legitimate service. Now I have to get a new card and deal with all the recurring transactions that use this card. Huge inconvenience. Based on other complaints for this "company," it appears charging people who didn't sign up for their services is their business model. I suspect that this is a fraudulent company charging lots of people these small amounts under a fake company name because so many people don't notice $19.95. Thank goodness my card company noticed and contacted me. Any reply from them is just for show.
