It's a scam and you guys want the target to provide the actual phone # State and city of where the scam originated? Suspect its all fake and misdirection, but someone owns that URL. We have gotten scam texts from this URL in the past.

wellsfargo58689672@juluis.com was the way these [censored] contacted my phone via a text message. 1-828-818-9055 is the phone# provided in the scam text to call and is also a link, which I did not click.

These [censored] tried to bait me with a text asking if I attempted a $178.54 purchase at a Citgo gas station in Los Angles even have the gas station supposed # 7686. Then there is the link Ph# and a ref# RefNR231340.

Good luck, we hope you can bust the [censored] and they are criminally prosecuted and convicted with a proper punishment.
