This company sells products online worldwide, they took my payment right away when I ordered a radio flyer wagon in April, it was a gift for my nephew who lives in France and since they never sent the product after waiting for 2 months. Then they said the package has been lost and I will get reimbursed and since I never got my money back, we are in September. They keep saying they have computer problems and they put me in waiting list for reimbursement and they won't answer to my questions anymore. No phone number, no emails no contact infos given on website just a form to fill out and many many complains seeing on the internet about them worldwide.
