I tried to purchase 1 item for less than $20. Without my knowledge more items were added to my order and the order came to $82. Wellamoon has set up their order site so while a person is totally unaware, he/she ends up ordering things they don't want and being charged for them. Then Wellamoon will not allow them to cancel the order (even when canceled within 5 minutes of making the order). They just get an automated reply that they must reply to before Wellamoon will do anything. An immediate reply just results in no further contact until the next day when a Wellamoon representative says, "Sorry too late. Your order has been shipped." There is no phone number, no company address, no online chat. Wellamoon does not respond to emails except to say, "Your order is on its way."
