Simple is a weight loss program. the introduction stated if I were not happy I could cancel within 7 days. it was $1 for the first part, $48 dollars for two "workbooks" and $59.40 for three months. I got the app looked at it and knew it was not for me.immediately I asked for a refund. That is when I found out about the workbooks. they send them by email and I accept that I got scammed for them. But they refused to refund me the 59.40 stating a policy of me using the program for 15 days and not getting results was necessary to refund me.
