Saw an add on Youtube about a personal protection key chain that extends into a baton when activated. I ordered the product on Feb 8th and on Feb 25th I sent a message asking for a location of the product and ETA for delivery. I was told 1-4 weeks and never heard back. I waited and requested a refund in April and was ignored. The fact that this is a Chinese company I doubt this will make any difference. But I should have known that this company was promoting an idea of a personal protection device but had never in fact produced said product. I wanted to make a record of this company incase anyone else has had this experience as well.
