I ordered a product and paid on my credit card. I didn't know until after the order was placed that it was from China. I got a notice it had been delivered but I never received it. I checked with my neighbors and the post office. I emailed the company and they said I should check with neighbors and post office and gave me a tracking number and assured me the Post Office had delivered the package to me. The Post Office found the tracking number was for another person's package at another address and not from this company at all, they advised me it was a scam and they had seen this before. I was scammed and when confronted they continued their lies.
