I ordered two strains of product from this company April 21st 2020. It is now May 12, 2020. I have my medical marijuana card. I have been trying to chat on their website's chatting service to them ever since and sending them emails to them that if I don't receive my product I will report them to the BBB. I will try to get my money back today, but I don't know what will happen. But their first excuse was that they had backed up orders and that I needed to wait another 4-6 business days. After that I couldn't get a hold of anyone. I told them they are not business ethically sound and that they will be reported. That's $320 of product I could have gotten in less than a week. I haven't had any problems with any other companies sending me products as the postal and amazon and fedex companies all have come to my home with different products I have ordered during this pandemic. Attached is what I did NOT receive. They have cashapp as their payment method
