I purchased shoes and when I did finally receive them, weeks later, they were obviously a knock off shoe. Packaged very badly and they also have a very strong chemical smell. Not what I ordered at all. The company has not responded to my attempt to contact.

I saw an ad on Facebook for Clarks Shoes and placed an online order. When the shoes arrived, they were not Clarks shoes at all. They have no labels on them anywhere and they came in a clear plastic bag.
