I spoke with the wedding coordinator and put a 50% down payment on an Elopement 101 package. After they took payment, they never provided a confirmation email and would not return my texts, emails, or calls after multiple attempts to contact them. When I called the inn directly, they said their computers were down, took my name and phone number, but did not call back.

They recorded my wedding, and have not contacted us since. They have no address online, phone numbers and disconnected and emails have not been responded to.
