He hacked the computer and it brought up a phone # to call to fix situation of being scamed. He had her take out cash and by Home Depot Gift cards then read the scratch off numbers to her. He had an Indian accent, said his name was Frank Rodgers gave her an ID #. Told her not to tell anyone, talk to anyone else, kept her on the phone a long time, asked if she lived alone.
