I was looking for a specific product for my workshop. I have bought WEN tools in the past. They were having a sale, 25% off, which didn’t seem too unreasonable, so I made a purchase. Then the payment went through SUMup app out of the UK. And I had to OK it through my bank. Then a charge from China tried to go through my account at roughly the same time. My bank denied that charge but the one through the UK went through my bank did give me my money back, so I am not out currently, I have received no information from the company. They have a New York USA address but no phone number listed. There is a spot to ask a question but it never goes through. It always says something went wrong. Try again later.
