He was supposed to design a web site. So initially paid $500 for that. During the process, he collected another $600 for a logo redesign and 5 page web site, and another $500 for something else all within a couple days. He continued to try to sell more goods without delivering anything so we denied any more services/not giving him anymore money. He never delivered a web site.
