I reached out several times through whatsapp, they finally responded, I asked them how do I get my clients website up and running again and they stopped responding completely. Their website just redirects you to message them on whatsapp. They don't have any other forms of social media to contact them on, you cannot message them on linkedin, & they don't answer calls at any time of the day. Their privacy policy redirects you to whatsapp's privacy policy. They claim to have a support line that helps you with anything you need (direct quote from their website) but they do not respond. I believe my client was taken advantage of, they promised him he would get leads with this website, then when he stopped paying for it because it was an empty promise, they don't respond to me when I ask them how do we transfer his website to our servers so we don't lose his initial investment of what he paid for the website.
