They call you and they say they have a refund ready for you and they say they can't process it back to the original card you purchased it with. They tell you to get a computer and and download some apps so they can have remote access to your computer. They clearly have an Indian accent. Please shut these people down I basically realize before I gave them access that I shouldn't give them access to my computer. They say they need access to process a refund. Yeah this is fraud. When you call phone number somebody answers the phone and tells you that they're trying to refund your money
