This is the weirdest scam that I have ever seen. This site is used for those who are aspiring authors. I decided to try it to see what I thought of it. I didn't like it. So, I reached out to the customer service team to have them delete my account as I was not satisfied with the service just to find out that because I was registered as an author they could not delete my account. This for sure seems like a scam because any other platform that I have been on and not been satisfied with has not done this to me. They have just been like no problem we will be sad to see you go but per your request, your account has been deleted. So, unless you want to be stuck with an account that you are not going to be using I highly suggest avoiding webnovel as their staff do not seem to care when you demand to speak to a supervisor and tell them that you are not leaving the chat until one is found and you are able to talk to one they just say oh sorry my supervisor is not available at the moment. So, again I say unless you want to be stuck with a website who has useless customer service staff that truly don't care about their site users than I highly suggest avoiding this company and using another platform.
