This claw machine app where you pay money for coins to play their online claw machine is a scam. They do not ship any of your prizes you’ve won and absolutely will not respond to any emails or even respond to the customer service chat. They post fake pictures from fake accounts pretending to be customers who received their prizes they paid for but it’s all the same background for every picture and is obviously the company putting fake posts to make people believe they will receive packages. I have screenshots of everything to prove what I’m saying about posting fake pictures. I thought this was the sister app of the original app Claw Party which is absolutely a legit claw machine app that you receive your gifts won so i figured they could be trusted but obviously there is another group of people running this new claw eden app and it’s horrible. They should be ashamed and I wouldn’t buy any coins from them because no matter what you will not receive winnings. It’s been months and I can’t even get any customer service to respond. My shipments say they should of been delivered in June but it’s October and nothing because it still says unshipped. I’m not the only one experiencing this.. all players are. Don’t waste your time or money!
