- Coalinga, CA, USA

Approximately around August 2016 this scam started as an online technical support representing the Microsoft Corporation. Previously I had purchased McAfee security for my laptop. Initially a person named, Bella Cooper started calling me via my landline to offer technical support (monthly maintenance). I was only going to pay for one year, but she told me it would be much better if I paid for five years, to get a better deal. I paid approximately $486.00 (one time) for the 5-year period. Then I realized later around early 2018 more money was being withdrawn from my VISA card (monthly). After it came more up to $420.00 monthly I contacted my financial to request action be taken to terminate any additional fees. Since then the same people have been leaving voice messages on my phone, requesting that I contact them. I am a "senior" citizen, and realized after all of this time it is a "scam". At one point a guy named Derek also attempted to reach me by leaving his messages for me to contact Bella Cooper.
