I cannot get hold of anyone in web support they don’t answer any of the phone numbers I call I think they reap me off my money,everything was ok until they wanted me to pay for what they said that someone hack my computer and I cannot pay that much sense then I cannot get hold of them to clean my computer

This 92 year old person's computer went blank and then a message came up that her computer had been compromised. She initiated a chat with someone based on the message. She was told her antivirus had expired and was given a choice of 1, 2 or 3 year contract (cost approximately $1400). She was asked her SSN which she did not give. She was then asked her age and was told that as a senior citizen she would receive the software for free for life. She tells me that they told her they would take care of any issues that come up. I am not sure if anything was placed on her computer but she says everything is taken care of.
