I had just bought a new HP laptop and was having trouble with it so I called HP's customer support number that is listed online and Web Geeks international answered. I didn't think anything of it since I thought I had called HP and, because it was Saturday, I wasn't sure HP would actually be open but, maybe, their technical service would. I paid $249.99 for a one year contract. They worked on the new computer and actually fixed some of the problems. But, the new one still wasn't acting right so I called the seller and I can return that laptop. Web Geeks was supposed to fix my old computer today. However, I went on line and looked Web Geeks Inter national up and found the FFF rating on BBB and then this site. Needless to say, they won't be touching my computer at all! I will be at my bank first thing in the morning with everything I have found and try to get my money back. Beware people, DON'T ever pay money to someone on the phone you don't know who says they can log into your computer and fix for X amount of money. 99% of the time it's a scam!

My computer slowed to a stall and locked up. I went to Google search and asked for HP Technical Support Phone Number. The phone number listed above came up and I called. They charged me $499 for three years support but failed to fix the computer, tampering online with my software. My hard drive failed and they were unable to resolve. I believe this is a scam and needs to be stopped.
