Ordered a single pair of jogger scrubs on Dec 27th. Reached out to company on Jan 9th as had not heard anything from them and no tracking information sent. Received email back from Emma stating that COVID caused a back log and that they would expect my scrubs to be to me by Jan 25th at the latest. That date came and went without any scrubs delivered and never received any tracking information. Reached out to company again on 2/2/23, replied to the emails from Emma and also sent in a new request for information via their website Contact Us section. Never heard back from them. Wrote a comment on their Facebook page which has seen been removed and I have been blocked from commenting on any post. I disputed the charge with my credit card.

Ordered scrubs online via fb website. Seller kept giving expected delivery dates but never received product and they stopped replying to emails regarding status. Also blocked me from their fb page when I inquired about my order on their feed.
