The website states full refund for product that was not opened. We've emailed them with all the information requested along with photos of the unopened box, and they have not contacted me with the information needed to return the product for the full refund. The reply I received from my email that included the photos was "sorry for the delay, has the box been opened". I started my request for the refund Feb 15th. The 30 day window ends March 1st. I have sent multiple request to no avail.
