I contacted Marque Media for my branding and web design. I've had multiple interactions with the CEO Heidi Nazaruddin. She promised she'd help my company with digital branding services. I paid $3000 through Square. They delivered my branding (logo, color scheme, alternative branding) very well. When it came to web design, it took them too long to deliver. I was very lenient with the timing. It would take them 1 month to respond back. Sam Medriano (the project manager) told me he had covid and was out of the office. Again, I became very lenient and gave the company too many chances. Soon, it would take them longer to respond. I contacted Heidi and Sam multiple times. There was no response. I even went out of my way to call the company. There's no response from them. It's very hurtful and upsetting.
