I hired Walter Peer to paint the exterior of my home. He asked for a down payment which I gave in a check. He kept in contact for awhile, reassuring me he would do the job. He said he was backed up. Eventually he removed his phone number and facebook account. I have emailed him but of course no response. No work was done on my home!
