On their website they were selling perfect 10am in for $59.75 a bottle and you bought one and received one free. There website then went to a moisturizer for $59.99 and the website was made so that you could not get out of it. The website the. Never gave you a total to approve for what you were buying. You had to put your name and credit card number in before you ordered them afterwards they sent an email saying that you for your purchase of $179.48 that I did not order and did not authorize. I called the help desk and then it was a scam. I told them I wanted them to correct the order to what I purchased. They wanted you to keep the order you placed and wanted to give you a 15% off I told them this was a scam and that for them to go ahead and cancel my order and send me a complete refund and they refused. My call to cancel this order was right after I received their email. I also told them on the call that I was calling the BBB. Please help me and get my order cancelled and refunded and make them put correct information on the website and make them fix it so it does not automatically change you the additional moisturizer for the additional $59.99. Thank you.
