They seem legitimate because the u-haul website promotes them, but they changed the show-up time twice before saying there was some kind of catastrophic family emergency so they couldn't show up. You have to pay for their services in advance, of course. And then they fall off the map and never answer and don't refund anything

Call Moving Help at 866-748-4110. Let them know that your mover never showed. They will ask for the job number. You can find this in the email or text you received when you placed the order. If you don't have that then they'll probably ask for the last 4 digits of the credit card you used to verify your identity. They will credit the full amount back. This mover will also get a "no-call no-show" mark against them and placed further down the list to minimize this happening to other customers. There are some fantastic movers on there, but you got one of the sour apples.
