Sent official looking letter to file periodic State of Colorado LLC filing for fee of $110 (can be done for $10 with the state directly). They use all the correct legal language to ensure that they are probably not in violation of the law. When calling their phone number there is an opportunity to be removed from the mailing list. I spoke to their customer service representative to ask for their full address to be able to file this complaint, which they refused and hung up on me.

I also called the State of Colorado who are aware of this practice and mentioned this company has recently changed their name from BCS to WCS
