I called the number and sounded like I connected to a call center in India, and was told to open my Chrome browser and enter the following in the address bar, www.wcare.cc, and then hit enter. I was then asked what I was seeing on my screen, I told them a rectangle box with a desert-type background in box was Welcome Secure Support and You need a code to join. The person then told me to type 92430 in the box and hit enter so I could get a cancelation form. I did as instructed, and it opened up a download box (windows explorer) on my screen with a .exe file, I told the person on the phone a cancelation form should not be a .exe file, as that is requesting an execution (executable) file, it should be a .doc, .dox. or .jpg, he hung up the phone on me. I can not get it to openagain, but I am attaching a screen shot of where it was asking for the number.
