I was contacted via text by someone claiming to be my brother-in-law. He asked if I had been contacted by the WCAB. He further explained it was the Federal Government Department of Works Compensation Appeals Board. Supposedly, they were helping retired, disabled, deaf, widows, etc by giving $750,000 in cash. Texting as my brother-in-law he told me that he had already received his cash. He then told me he saw my name on the winning list and encouraged me to claim my winning money by contacting Agent Mark Smith at 1-406-508-2064 or [email protected]. I did contact my brother-in-law by phone and he did not have any knowledge of this. The Facebook account used had a picture of my brother-in-law but an incorrect birthday was listed.
