I bought on December 2022 with Wayfare Destinations, extra leg room and luggage bag check in for 4 flights going to Thailand and coming back for a total of 1,292.39 + 186.20 (can taxes) totaling 1,478.59$. I don't know how I got this number (probably when I search for a way to modify my airplane tickets). They first said to me that they were helping Air Canada and they knew a lot of things concerning the flights, so I believed them...But our flights got cancelled (to get to Thailand) and we had to take other flights and pay more for our luggage with no extra leg room. So when I came back home, I've try to get in contact by mail and by phone more then a dozen of times to get reimburse. No call back or refund from march 2023 until now (august 2023). I even got an email from Norman, saying that I qualify for a refund... I even got the Air Canada confirmation for all the reservation. Here is a few documents that they sent me. I'm still waiting for the refund but my hopes are low

Total Scammers.
Kassandra represented herself as a KLM representative.
Our trip started April 29, 2023 arriving in Amsterdam. When I tried to check in to our AMS to MXP flight on May 2, 2023 via the KLM app, I received a message that that booking code was not recognized. 2ZRHGX. I also tried to check in on our Flying Blue account number and was unable to. My husband and I tried to call the Viking Air emergency number and we received a message that it was after hours. (877-523-0576). I then used google to find the KLM 800 # so I clicked on the number shown(844-679-0146) @ 5:22am I was on the phone with them for 50 minutes.
I spoke with Kassandra ,who REPRESENTED herself as a KLM representative. I told her I was having trouble checking in, and if she could help me.
She then told me:
1. There were no tickets issued. So you do not have a reservation. I asked how could that happen when I have a receipt for our upgraded seats? She then said, " that doesn't matter, you don't have a ticket on the flight".
2. She then told me I needed to purchase the tickets, I had better buy them now because there are very few seats left, and if I waited to pay for them at the airport, there might not be any seats left, and that the tickets would be more expensive.
3. If your itinerary is interrupted it would cancel all of your return flights, so you won't have any return flights home they will all be cancelled.
So I had no other choice, I had to purchase the tickets. She then had me pay again for the upgraded seats. I had paid for seats 11A and 11 B (receipt attached) Then got charged again for seats 6A and B.
She then proceeded to change all of my other upgraded seats, I told her I had already paid for the upgrades, she then said "don't worry you will get a refund for the changes in the upgrades"
She then sent me an email with this letter head to confirm that the flights are correct

Once we returned home I contacted Way Fare Destinations
I called KLM on May May 24 ato 0545 am. I spoke Anna. She told me that the tickets" From AMS MXP
BCN to Phx had been EXCHANGED." She advised me to file a dispute and to also contact Way Fares Destinations.
I called Way Fares on May 24 st 0619am to dispute the claim I spoke to Allen Jones having to go over the entire conversation with Kassandra, he advised me that a supervisor would call me back within 30 minutes. I never received a call back.
ON May 26th I called Way Fares again, a man answered, I had asked for a Supervisor he then replied "oh is this Margaret?" I said "YES" I was transferred to Kassandra.
She told me that she had booked me on a different flight than my original, and that was what I purchased. I said no that it was the same exact flight, the only thing she had done was exchange our seats.
She then asked me what I wanted, I told her I wanted a refund. She said no, that I bought that ticket and had flown on it so there was no refund. I explained to her that if we couldn't resolve this I would contact an attorney, she then told me "go ahead we have attorneys here too"
I then asked her for an itemized receipt. She then told me that she would have to listen to the "tapes" review them with her supervisor and that it would take 48 to 72 hours before I would be notified.

Hi. On December 15th, There was a problem with lufthansa website and I thought my flight was cancelled so I called this company”wayfair destination llc” a person called Willson said my flight was canceled and I have to pay 595$ to replace the flight so I paid them. Before 24 hours I found they lied to me and the flight was on time so I called them to refund. They sent an email to me in which they said they will refund me. Now it is more than 7 months and they haven’t refunded me. Anytime I call them, they say by the end of this month or sometimes they say, they already refunded me and the bank prevents the money or sometimes they say they sent the money to an other person by mistake…! I want to report that they are totally SCAM. Do not Trust them. THEY ARE LIER.

Real scammers..acted like they are Air Canada . Crooked charged my No show flight 1500$ to change and taken my ID and credit card. In emergency situations these crookes acts like vultures and takes your hard earn money with acceptance through email and Id. I dont think that credit card company will refund this amount as they made us agreed in the email with ID and Card. May they burn in hell ...

On December 19th,YVR ( Vancouver,Canada Airport ) was in chaos due to delays and cancellations. After 7hrs.wait and told my flight to Cranbrook,British Columbia was cancelled,I tried to rebook my flight for the next day ( Air Canada had said they would do so,but hadn't followed through )Waiting in the taxi-line in the dark and snow with my phone dying,I punched in "Air Canada ".Thinking I was on the correct site.I was told by " Suzanne ",I had to pay an extra $687,as I had used my points in September and I had to pay the extra amount,as it was Xmas. Each time I challenged this, she would bully me into threatening me with cancelling the flight. In the end,I allowed the transaction to go through,as I was desperate to get to my family in Cranbrook. When I checked the transaction later,I saw it all went to Wayfarescape ( nothing to Air Canada )!They are proper crooks, who know how to prey on vulnerable people and need to be dealt with!

We called Alaska Airlines to schedule a flight and transposed one of the numbers in the phone number. This company answered and initialed represented themselves to be Alaska Airlines. We explained the flight tickets we needed to purchase, and they "transferred" us to their "travel specialist". The hold music was very strange. The "travel specialist" seemed weird and when I asked if he worked for Alaska Airlines, he said because of covid they were handling the booking of flights. We went through the process and he sent me a ticket confirmation which was with United Airlines rather than Alaska and contained no confirmation number anywhere.

If you have accidentally purchased an airline ticket through this company, immediately contact your bank or credit card company and explain that you were tricked into believing you were purchasing tickets through the airline you though you were booking through. Trying to get a refund from this company will not work because it is a scam and not a legitimate company.
