I purchased a hot tub from Wave Spas in Sept 2022, from the day I received it, it did not work was poor quality, deflating, melting hoses and control unit kept erroring out. The only way to get return or warranty claim was through email, no contact numbers were ever given. They had me send back the control unit, and never sent a replacement. Zoe the head of customer service stated she was going to refund my money since I had so many issues. I have been fighting that battle since Sept 2022 and with no replacement and no refunds! Now they will not even answer my emails. They basically stole $489 from me!!!
