This company is running the biggest scam of all. They sell you a hot tub, send you minor parts like a filter, but then never ship the tub. They keep claiming it’s lost in shipping and don’t issue a refund or make it extremely difficult. There are literally hundreds of the same complaints on their FB page, but those quickly get deleted. Do not purchase from them, you will never see it!
