Received a missed call from telephone number 617-314-6145, which is a Massachusetts number and they did not leave a message. When I called back, nobody answered the phone. A couple of minutes later I received another call from 203-204-1042, which is a Connecticut number from a women who identified her self as Natalie Duran from "Jenkins Logistic Services" and said that she received a missed call from this number and asked me to verify my name. I asked her what this was in regards to and she stated that I have "2 pending claims against me." I asked her what it was in regards to and she said that she could not tell me and that I had to call another number and they would be able to give me more information. She also provided me with a reference number to give them The number that they gave me wad 833-781-5410 to a company called "Watson and Stevens" When I called that number the man on the phone repeated the same information that Natalie had stated and then he asked me to verify my name and date of birth. I told him that I do not feel comfortable doing that because I do not know him or the company that he is representing. He stated that without me verifying this information that he would write in my "notes" that I was unwilling to cooperate and that he would have to move forward with further actions. I stated that he sounded like a scam and that I would be contacting my lawyer to get in touch with him. I asked him for his name and he refused to give it to me. I told him that if he was really from a creditable collection agency and if this was a real claim, that he would be more than happy to provide me with his name and to speak with my lawyer. He responded with " I can only talk to you about this matter." At that point, I just hung up.

First I was called by a company Jenkins logistic Services at 410-705-8097. Who they stated that someone filled a complaint against me.

They gave me a phone number and a reference number to Watson & Stevens. I called and the Operator asked me for my birthday. I gave the month and the day but not the year.

The operator stated that I owe $800.00 Sprint.

I stated that I haven’t had Sprint as a phone company since 2002. I currently have Verizon as a phone company for nearly 10 years, and before that was AT&T. Also my house burnt down recently, and I’m in the process of moving back into my home.

The operator then proceeded to ask me questions

I’m I married or is there anyone that could had a gotten a hold of my information?

Did I file a police report currently?

Then the Operator hunged up on me when I stated that I didn’t understand.

I called back, because the operator never answered my questions.

Such as what is the phone number for this account?

What address is this bill being sent to?

When was this account open and when was the last payment?

The operator wanted more information without verifying his name, when this complaint was made.

What I can do to clarify this issue?

Instead this person continued with more phishing questions in which I did not confirm or verify.

Resulting in him hanging up on me again.

So I filled a complaint of my own, because no company should be contacting you as if you would be arrested if you don’t answer their questions, when it comes to things that could make you a ID fraud.
