Do not buy from this company. I brought up to a 9 Mother's Day Lockets which came out to $179.91 dollars. This was 2 weeks before Mother's Day. I contacted customer service about a week after Mother's Day to ask for a refund. They told to check my tracking number to see where it was mind you I had no tracking number. So the finally sent me a tracking number on the 21 of June now after I requested a refund then said I could not cancel my order since it has already been shipped. Ok so now I'm upset but I said I can still get my mother and sister their gifts. Hiting on the end of June my items was still in China so now I'm really getting upset and there is a lack of commication from the customer service and when they do send a email its the same paste and send memo. It is now July 6 and I still don't have my items I can't get a response and the last I checked the items where bouncing around post offices in California. Please don't purchase any thing from this company I have been thur Hell with this company and I can't wait still i get my items so I can send them right back to the company and get my refund. And that might be another struggle since they guarantee a full refund but I barely hear anything from them now.
