We received a postcard entitled "Final Notice: Parcel on Hold", which is in red and white and appears to simulate the United States Postal Service, containing "NOTICE OF PARCEL ON HOLD: Request for addressee only", and that has instructions that say "To Release your Parcel Call (877) 977-8626." We called this number and were told that it is a water quality testing company that would like to come to our home to set up an appointment. There is no labeling of the company's name on the post card.

I asked for the name of the company, and was told "Water Quality Testing." I asked where they were located, and was not given an address, just told by the woman that "we have locations all over the United States."

We have been receiving multiple calls from this woman and have explicitly stated that we wished to receive no more calls, so believe that this is the same "company" or entity. After requesting that they do not call us, we are now receiving these impersonating post cards.
