We had the same experience as Private1594259944. This is a scam. We ordered a $99 deck box (150 gallon) that never arrived. Same time period (July 5, 2020). Charge showed up on our amex bill as PAYPAL. Several emails to company were bounced back ("disabled email address"). Disputing charge now, but losing hope of getting our $99 back. AVOID WATERFUN.

I ordered a Lifetime 80 gallon deck box on June 29, 2020 through this website for $99. I received confirmation with tracking information. Upon tracking the package I realized that the tracking info stated the package arrived on the June 27, 2020 in my mailbox. I right away contacted PayPal and started a claim. I then received a new tracking number as a result of my complaint to PayPal. This time the tracking info stated it was delivered July 3, 2020 in my mailbox. I went to our local post office yesterday and the results of that tracking info was that a 3 oz parcel was delivered to someones mailbox but it was not my address. I have sent emails but one came back undeliverable and the others I haven't heard back. I just don't want others to order from this website and go through what I have been dealing with. I am waiting to hear back from the resolution dept at PayPal to see if in fact I will be out the $99.
